Location: Central London (Monument / Bank)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote – Friday is a mandatory office day)

Join a thriving, forward-thinking law firm in the heart of London. Our client is expanding their Residential Property team and seeks talented, ambitious Conveyancing Solicitors, CLC Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives to join as they grow.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including Freehold and Leasehold matters. The role offers variety, autonomy, and support to deliver exceptional service without overload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle Freehold and Leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver outstanding service

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong property law knowledge
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
