Known for their exceptional client service and supportive culture, they are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional to take on a key position within the firm. You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters while providing supervision and support to a junior conveyancer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Supervise and mentor a junior conveyancer, offering guidance and support
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Uphold the firm's commitment to excellent client care

About You:

We're looking for someone with a passion for conveyancing and a strong desire to lead and develop others.

Requirements:

• Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing cases independently and delivering to deadlines
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proficient with conveyancing case management systems
