Role Description

• Manage the residential conveyancing process—from onboarding through to file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with clients: explain legal jargon in simple terms. We pride ourselves on five-star reviews. Feel free to bring in some commercial work if interested; our senior team will guide you.
• What You’ll Bring:
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
• At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
• Confident using Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms. Innovative with process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under deadlines. Business development skills are a plus.

Salary: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year
