Role Description
- Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload of freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate & mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
- Client-first communication: translate legal jargon into everyday language (we pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews!). Feel free to share your work online—some commercial work may be involved. No worries if you’re new to it; our senior team will guide you.
- What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
- Minimum 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience; familiarity with case-management systems & digital ID checks.
- Confidence with Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms; a knack for process improvements (we love new ideas!). Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business-development skills—happy to nurture referrers.
