Job summary

Elite Law Solicitors Limited is seeking a proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Conveyancing team in the UK. You will support progression of property transactions from instruction to completion, handling admin tasks and assisting Fee Earners with daily conveyancing activities.

The role requires 1–2 years of residential conveyancing experience, excellent organisational skills and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fee Earners with day-to-day management of residential conveyancing files.
• Open new files and carry out file administration per firm procedures.
• Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents and forms.
• Deal with enquiries from buyers’ solicitors and prepare responses.
• Progress matters after exchange and completion, liaising with clients and lenders.
• Prepare completion statements and support completion arrangements.
• Assist with post-completion tasks including Land Registry and Companies House filings.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings and support workload planning.
• Maintain professional client communication by phone, email and in person.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
