Job summary

Douglas Scott Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our property team in Shrewsbury. You will manage a busy caseload of sales and purchases and assist with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build work, in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have upwards of 2 years PQE, with strong communication skills and a drive to build a long-term career in the area.

My client is currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor , Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join a well known Property team.

You will be comfortable handling your own caseload of sales and purchase matters but also you'll handle remortgage, new build and transfer of equity matters.

You will be someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a busy, team environment and is confident communicating with clients, agents, referrers, and other professionals.

Ideally you'll have upwards of 2 years PQE and be motivated to secure a long term career move.
