Leading UK law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Manchester offices.

This specialist law firm is a nationally acclaimed, UK Top 200 ranked legal practise that offers exceptional services to their clients regarding Residential Property law. Within this role, your caseload may include:

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgage matters
• Right to buy
• Transfer of equity
• Contract matters
• Sub-sales
• Landlord and tenants
• Lease extensions
• New build purchases
