Realm Recruit is sourcing a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for a role in Knutsford. You’ll manage your own conveyancing caseload with support, focusing on fee-earning and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (Essential)
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
• Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider success of the team
• Someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing firm

From day one, you’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with the support of your own legal assistant, giving you the freedom to concentrate on fee-earning and client relationships rather than administration. Caseloads are carefully managed and tailored to the complexity of the work you handle, ensuring expectations remain realistic and sustainable. Monthly reviews focus on support, development and ensuring workloads remain manageable, enabling you to perform at your best while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
