Confidential is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to manage a full caseload from instruction to completion. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters while delivering high-quality client service.

The role requires independent work, strong organisation, and effective communication with clients and third parties. Salary is £26,000–£32,000 pro rata, with part-time hours initially and potential to increase.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion.
• Provide regular updates and advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
• Prepare and review legal documentation and contracts.
• Carry out searches and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Use Case Management Systems to progress matters.
• Support colleagues within the department as required.
• Contribute to the firm's growth through excellent client service and relationship building.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

• Current or recent experience within a Residential Conveyancing role
• Ability to independently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confidence using Case Management Systems and online search portals
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive and professional approach to work

The purpose of the role is to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters whilst delivering a high standard of service to clients. You will work closely with colleagues across the department and contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm.

Within this position, you'll also be:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is between £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, pro rata, based on experience between Monday to Friday, part time hours initially with potential to gain more hours further down the line.
