Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Hale

We are a boutique, specialist law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for our Hale offices.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, your duties will include:

1. Supporting the Head of Department with a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
2. Handling post-completion requirements
3. Managing stamp duty returns
4. Requesting redemption figures
5. Submitting searches
6. Preparing sale and purchase contract packs and reporting to clients
7. Dealing with client enquiries

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in Residential Conveyancing, possess excellent client care skills, be well-organized, and work effectively as part of a team.
