Job Description

• Providing support to the Conveyancing team with legal matters.
• Handling client queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Preparing and proof-reading legal documents.
• Maintaining an organised case management system.
• Conducting administrative duties such as filing, copying and scanning.
• Assisting with the completion of property sales and purchases.
• Engaging in regular communication with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
• Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Conveyancing Assistant should have:

• An education background in Law or related field.
• Experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work well in a team and manage a high volume of cases.
