Job summary

A legal firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC to join their Property Department in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing tasks, supervising support staff, and fostering business development within the department. A minimum of three years of experience is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of conveyancing procedures. The role offers a £500 bonus upon successful probation completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience in sales, purchases, TOE, shared ownership, and leasehold.
• Experience with Lexcel standards is desirable.
• Driving license and own vehicle essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake residential conveyancing work on behalf of clients.
• Supervise and mentor support staff.
• Manage budgets to be met.
• File management to standards defined by the Firm.
• Drive business development within the Property Department.
