Conveyancing Lawyer

Venn Group is partnered with an established and forward-thinking firm seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their respected team.

As an experienced Conveyancer, you will be responsible for a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters.
2. Manage matters such as sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
3. Oversee administrators and provide ad hoc advice.

Requirements:

1. Solicitor, CILEX, CLC, or Fee Earner with over 2 years of experience.
2. Significant experience within a conveyancing department.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
