Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Lawyer with a can-do approach to provide legal advice and support on all aspects of special educational needs, including but not limited to decision-making, policy, and procedures. This is a remote role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

You Will Need

1. Good technical knowledge
2. Experience in special educational needs, with the ability to manage a varied caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals, including advocacy in case management hearings and final hearings in the First Tier SEND Tribunal, with minimal supervision.
3. Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, while remaining a valuable team player.
4. Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
