Job summary

Puro Associates is recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy residential property team in a role with hybrid working. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion, ensuring high-quality client service in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years' PQE, be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion and post-completion.
• Handle sales and purchases with minimal supervision.
• Complete post-completion requirements including SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues to ensure timely, accurate file handling.
