AMD Solicitors Limited on Whiteladies Road, Bristol, is expanding its conveyancing team. The successful candidate will assist senior residential property solicitors across a broad range of conveyancing instructions, providing support and an efficient administrative service.

The role offers an in-office environment with a flexible approach to full-time or part-time hours (minimum 28 hours per week) and a chance to contribute to a growing department within a busy, established firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property matters including freehold and leasehold.
• Comfort with dealing with clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain meticulous records.

Responsabilités

• Assist senior solicitors with residential property matters: sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity.
• Prepare correspondence and documents.
• Coordinate with clients, estate agents, lenders and other fee earners to enhance transaction service.
• Handle file set up and AML/compliance processes.
• Support post-exchange and post-completion matters, including title registration and SDLT returns.
