AMD Solicitors Limited in Clifton Village seeks a qualified conveyancer to join our Residential Property Team. You will manage your own caseload from enquiry to post-completion, with support from a conveyancing assistant.

Qualifications

• A Solicitor, Filex or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2–5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Experience in managing their own caseload including sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold).
• Enthusiasm for being part of a team and representing the firm.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships in the conveyancing chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from start to finish, with support from a conveyancing assistant.
• Provide a high quality conveyancing service in line with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
• Work as part of the team and supervise junior members when needed.
• Handle files methodically in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
