Our client, a well-established multi-service law firm based in Preston, is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal with at least 12 months' experience within Residential Property, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and established legal practice.
Working alongside an experienced Fee Earner, you will provide day-to-day support across an existing residential conveyancing caseload, assisting with matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. You will play an important role in ensuring files are progressed efficiently, deadlines are met and clients receive a high level of service throughout the transaction.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with residential sales and purchases, dealing with client and third-party correspondence, preparing and reviewing documentation, progressing enquiries, liaising with solicitors and other parties, and assisting with matters through to completion and post-completion. The role will suit someone who is confident working as part of a team but is also able to manage their own workload and use their initiative.
