Sacco Mann is currently working with an award-winning Bradford law firm seeking to hire a Conveyancing Assistant for their successful Conveyancing team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 12 months of solid residential conveyancing experience and a desire for a long-term career in conveyancing.

The Role

This is a valuable assistant position where you will work closely with a highly experienced conveyancing solicitor. The team emphasizes relationship building and maintains a strong client base with many repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Communicating with referrers and private clients
• Opening and closing files
• Drafting legal documents
• Ordering and following up on property searches
