Sacco Mann is currently working with an award-winning Harrogate law firm seeking to hire a Conveyancing Assistant for their successful Conveyancing team. This role is suitable for candidates with at least 12 months of solid residential conveyancing experience and a desire for a long-term career in conveyancing.

The Role

This is a fantastic assistant position where you will work closely with an experienced conveyancing solicitor. The team emphasizes relationship building and benefits from a high level of repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with sales and purchase transactions of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Communicating with referrers and private clients
• Opening and closing case files
• Drafting legal documents
• Ordering and following up on property searches
