Job summary

Habito, part of Monzo, is seeking an English law qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join our in‑house residential conveyancing team. You’ll handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, including remortgages, new‑build developments and Help to Buy schemes.

You’ll work with lenders and clients, manage your own caseload, and provide feedback to our tech teams to improve the conveyancing process.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer under English law.
• Experience with residential property transactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, including remortgages, new-build developments and Help to Buy schemes.
• Act for lenders as well as clients and manage your own caseload.
• Provide feedback to technical teams on how the conveyancing technology can be adapted to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with the broader Habito team to deliver results against deadlines.
