Residential Conveyancer & Team Leader - Bristol

This strong Bristol based multi-office practice are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to lead their thriving Residential Conveyancing team in their Kingswood office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
• Providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
• Overseeing compliance, file management, and AML procedures.
• Leading and developing the Kingswood Conveyancing team through regular meetings and training.
• Handling recruitment, performance reviews, and act as technical reference point
• Driving marketing and business development efforts in the local property market.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing, preferably in Bristol.
• Confident using legal IT systems and adapting to new processes.
• A proactive approach to client care, team leadership, and business development.
