Job summary

TSR Legal in Swansea is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its well-regarded property team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, with mentoring and exposure to complex matters, working alongside the Director.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Approximately 4-5 years' PQE within residential conveyancing.
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Keen to develop expertise in more complex property matters and progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions.
• Handling files from instruction through to post-completion.
• Working closely with the Director on a range of more complex matters.
• Receiving training and support in specialist areas including: Lease enfranchisement, Unregistered land and title matters, Complex residential property transactions.
• Delivering a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea.

This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with around 4-5 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working directly alongside the firm's Director, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, whilst benefiting from ongoing mentoring and exposure to more complex property matters.
