Job summary

You will manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, liaise with clients and third parties, conduct property searches, and provide compliant legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.

The role requires prior conveyancing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in LEAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Conveyancer in a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Proficiency in LEAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions.
• Conduct property searches and review legal documentation.
• Provide high-quality advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
