• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and related procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Progress residential conveyancing transactions through all stages of the process alongside colleagues within the property team.
• Review title documentation, searches, mortgage offers and raise enquiries on purchase matters.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties throughout transactions.
