The firm prioritises quality over quantity and values strong networking with local agents. The role includes advising clients, drafting contracts, conducting searches, and managing file notes with AML compliance.

Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experience in the local property market preferred.
• IT literate and comfortable with new systems.
• Strong client care and professional conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Interviewing clients, taking instructions and keeping detailed file notes.
• Maintaining file check lists.
• Reviewing AML documentation and source of funds.
• Drafting or considering contract packages and title/mortgage reports.
• Raising enquiries and submitting searches.
• Conducting exchanges of contracts and raising requisitions.
• Advising clients on progress and costs.
• Keeping up-to-date with law and practice.
• Checking all draft documents.
