eNL invites applications for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in Essex. This full-time role suits a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with two or more years' post-qualification experience.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through post-completion and advise clients at each stage. You will handle matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new builds and shared ownership, while collaborating with the team to

• Two or more years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Run own residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction and ensure a smooth service.
• Caseload includes freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the department and support the team.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of the conveyancing process and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain professional standards.
• Proactively develop relationships with clients and referrers.
• Work confidently on own initiative within a collaborative team.
• Maintain a professional, approachable manner.
