BWF Legal Recruitment is seeking a fee earner to manage an own caseload of residential property matters across sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold. You will be part of a friendly team based across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex, with your own office and onsite parking.

The role includes targets linked to performance and a bonus based on income achievements, plus a range of employee benefits within a larger residential property department.

Managing your own caseload, with the assistance of a Secretary, you will be a fee earner who enjoys working with clients to a variety of properties, both sales & Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold.

The geographical reach will be across Herts, Cambs and Essex, and you will be part of a bigger residential property department across the firm's other three offices. The office is described as friendly, there will be targets linked to performance and experience and in return a bonus based on income achievements. You will have your own office and onsite parking as well as a range of good employee benefits.
