Henderson Scott is assisting a well-regarded Essex-based law firm in adding an experienced Residential Conveyancer to its property team. The role offers the chance to manage your own caseload, working with a supportive team and clear progression opportunities.

I'm currently working with a highly regarded and growing law firm in Essex that is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to its successful property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to join a firm that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear long-term progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of freehold and leasehold transactions. The role will involve liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties, reviewing contracts and searches, dealing with enquiries and ensuring transactions progress smoothly through to exchange and completion.
