Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role.
• Experience working within a residential conveyancing team.
• Ability to manage all aspects of residential conveyancing (sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, unregistered titles).
• Background managing a volume caseload and working with referrers.
• Experience or capability in supervising support staff.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
