Qualifications

• Experience as a Conveyancer or similar role.
• Experience in a residential conveyancing team.
• Ability to manage all aspects of residential conveyancing: sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, unregistered titles.
• Background in handling a high-volume caseload and working with referrers.
• Experience or capability in supervising support staff.
