Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with residential experience.
• 5+ years' PQE or equivalent.
• Strong ability to manage own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and maintain high client care standards.
• Collaborate with Conveyancing Assistants and colleagues as needed.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress transactions.
