Job summary
Eventus Legal in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team. This full-time, permanent role offers a £50,000–£55,000 salary (dependent on experience) and working hours from 9:00 to 17:15, Monday to Friday, with autonomy to manage a varied caseload and strong team support.

Qualifications
- Qualified as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional.
- At least five years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Maintaining high standards of client care, communication and file progression.
- Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues across the Residential Property team.
- Contributing positively to team performance and the delivery of a high-quality service.
