A Legal 500 firm in Sheffield is seeking a Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team. You will manage your own caseload, keep clients and third parties updated, and handle documentation through to completion.

The role requires experience in residential conveyancing and strong organisation, with a client-focused approach and the ability to work independently within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Background as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client focused approach.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
• Keep clients, estate agents, brokers and other third parties updated throughout the transaction
• Prepare legal documentation and deal with enquiries through to completion
• Deliver a high standard of client care while ensuring matters progress efficiently
• Work closely with experienced colleagues, with support available where needed
