Residential Conveyancer - Hybrid Leicester - Desford

2 Days On-Site (Mondays & Fridays)

Salary: £28,000 to £45,000

This role involves handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, as well as transfer of equity work. Responsibilities:

1. Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
2. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
3. Advising on and dealing with transfers of equity.
4. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
