Residential Real Estate Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer - Cambridge with hybrid working

Client

A full service, top 50 UK, forward thinking law firm.

Role
  1. Acting on routine residential property transactions.
  2. Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value.
  3. Playing an active role in business development.
You
  1. 2+ years PQE with experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, ideally including HNW.
  2. An aptitude for business development.
  3. IT competency including Microsoft Office, time recording and case management software, digital dictation.
