£30,000 to £55,000

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
• Handle a range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, and transfers of equity.
• Use modern tools while maintaining a personal, client-focused approach.
• Autonomy in your work with support from experienced colleagues and admin staff.
• Be the go-to advisor for clients throughout the process—clear communication is key.

You

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experienced in managing a varied residential property caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across all standard conveyancing transactions.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• A team player who’s as comfortable helping colleagues as managing their own files.
