Job Description:

Our client is a mid-sized established property firm, specialising in residential property. They seek to add a further Residential Conveyancer to the team, as they have seen positive growth for the department again this year after their significant growth of recent years. They have a diverse caseload, with a sense of community and teamwork in achieving results for clients and developing as a team & company.

Having worked with this client for over 6 years, I have seen them progress, develop, and support a wide number of employees at varying levels of technical ability in residential conveyancing.

This role is pivotal in sustaining the success and enabling further growth through strong technical ability.

Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold work, you will need to be confident in managing your own caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with shared ownership, equity cases, remortgages, and new builds would be advantageous but not mandatory.

The firm offers a hybrid/remote working structure, with 2 days in the office per week.
