The Role
Due to their continued success and increased demand, they are looking to recruit experienced residential conveyancers to join their team. Working within a small cohort, lead by a Conveyancing Manager supported by a conveyancing assistant and their background teams, you will manage your client caseload in a timely manner through the conveyancing process to ensure that the best interests of the client, mortgage lender and employer are adequately protected in line with professional standards and internal quality requirements. This will be achieved by delivering exceptional client service, following internal conveyancing protocols, and achieving monthly individual and team KPIs.
