Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property matters.
• Deal with sales, purchases, leases, transfers, mortgages.
• Liaise with clients, referrers, agents, and colleagues.

Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters

Confident managing a caseload independently

Great communication and client care skills

Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Education

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx

Tools

Familiarity with case management systems
