Chadwick Nott invites applications for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a respected law practice serving Gloucestershire. You will manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to completion and contribute to a broad mix of matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages and transfers of equity.

• Strong technical knowledge across conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle a broad mix of matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and post-completion work.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals; ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep transactions progressing efficiently.
• Support the department’s growth through local networking and relationship building.
