Chadwick Nott is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in Gloucester to join a busy, well-established Conveyancing team. You will progress residential transactions from instruction through post-completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build matters.

The role suits someone with residential conveyancing experience who is eager to take responsibility while working closely with experienced Property Lawyers.

Mansioni

• Manage a delegated caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision.
• Take instructions on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and new-builds.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors throughout transactions.
• Prepare and issue draft contract packs; review contract documents and enquiries.
• Review searches and mortgage offers; assist with progression and post-completion tasks.
• Prepare reports on title, contracts, searches and mortgage documentation; draft transfer deeds.
• Handle SDLT/LTT documentation and Land Registry submissions; maintain portals and ledgers.
