Job summary

Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established law firm near Chatham, Kent, to recruit a Residential Conveyancer. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload on a range of matters and work in a supportive, professional environment with emphasis on client service.

You'll ideally have solid residential conveyancing experience, the ability to handle matters independently, and a practical approach to using MS Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Solid, hands-on experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently.
• PQE of around two years is useful but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with clients and a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle a range of transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to progress transactions smoothly and deliver high service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships while working within a collaborative team.
