Job summary

TSR Legal in Rhondda Cynon Taf (Porth) is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. You will manage a diverse caseload, handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and related documents with a strong focus on client care.

You should be qualified as a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or have relevant paralegal experience, with excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of residential conveyancing and file management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Client-focused approach with commitment to high service standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Handling transfers of equity, new-build purchases, shared ownership matters and auction sales.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and ensuring files are progressed efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping departmental diaries up to date.
• Ensuring all matters comply with the firm's procedures, regulatory requirements and standards of client care.
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues through clear, proactive communication.
• Supporting the continued development and profile of the Porth office.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team and providing support across other offices when required.
