TSR Legal is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer in Cardiff to manage an independent caseload from instruction to completion. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgage and equity transfers while delivering a professional, client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach within a busy team.
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of client care and achieving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold).
• Handle remortgages and transfers of equity and related matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Prepare, review and advise on contracts, title documents and reports on title; investigate titles and enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Keep clients informed at every stage and drive transactions to completion.
