Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Gloucester team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage a busy caseload with hybrid working arrangements, delivering high-quality client care from instruction to post-completion.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of residential conveyancing experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, delivering high client care throughout the transaction.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, Help to Buy, shared ownership, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth file progression and timely completions.

Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy Residential Property team in Gloucester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional seeking a high-quality caseload, flexible hybrid working, and the chance to join a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.

The caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Help to Buy matters
• Shared ownership transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• General residential property matters

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage files independently while benefiting from the support of an experienced and established property team.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners with equivalent experience.

You will ideally possess:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment
