A residential conveyancer is sought in Birstall to join a well-established regional law firm with multiple offices across West Yorkshire. The role involves handling a varied caseload and delivering clear, client-focused guidance.

You will work with solicitors, legal executives and conveyancers to provide high-quality service from instruction through to completion, across freehold and leasehold matters, with a supportive culture and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Strong residential conveyancing experience across freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent technical knowledge with the ability to explain legal points clearly.
• Client-centred approach with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage your own caseload confidently and work well as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Handle matters from instruction to completion with proactive, timely communication
• Prepare and review legal documentation, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters through to exchange and completion
• Provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client
• Work collaboratively across multiple offices to maintain consistent and high-quality service
