Job summary

BCL Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a role in Wetherby. You will manage a diverse residential property caseload with direct client contact from instruction through to completion.

You will handle sales and purchases, leasehold flats, New builds, transfers of equity and remortgages. This is a friendly, collaborative team with excellent training, clear progression opportunities and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Ideally a residential conveyancer experienced in running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Team player with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse residential property caseload with face-to-face client contact from instruction to completion.
• Manage transactions including sales and purchases, leasehold flats, and remortgages.
• Assist with new builds and transfers of equity.
• Support remortgage transactions and related matters.
