Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Assist transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Work on new build transactions and shared ownership matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Use modern systems and technology to support efficient working.
