Henderson Scott in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team.

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. The firm offers a collaborative environment with training and development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer with experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers.
• Commercially minded, organised and able to contribute to growth of a busy Residential Property team.

Responsabilités

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advising on freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents and referrers.
• Supporting the growth of the Residential Property team and the wider office.
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and CQS requirements.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members where appropriate.
